The Shapeshifter workout in the Shapeshifter Body Redesign program focus on bodyweight exercises that you can perform anywhere. These are great for the home or even when you are traveling because all you need is your body and no other equipment is required.
All the Shapeshifter workouts are designed with a warm up portion and then followed by supersets or other wise known as circuits. By doing bodyweight exercises in rapid succession helps raise your heart rate and also gets you in the fat burning stages. Doing these exercises is similar to what they call High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT. No only are these workouts great for fat burning and your heart health, but doing bodyweight exercises allows your muscles to stretch more, increasing your flexibility.
Now, just because these are bodyweight exercises does not mean the Shapeshifter workout is a easy program. When you go to the gym do you lift weights that are higher than your bodyweight?
